Cardiovascular exercise enhances motor learning across multiple sessions in people with Parkinson's disease: a randomized controlled pilot trial.

This study looked at people with Parkinson's Disease and how exercise helps them learn new motor skills better. They found that riding a bike after learning a new balance task improved learning over a few weeks. People who were more fit showed the most improvement from the exercise.
